Lifetime Delight

Get comfortable, either cross-legged, sitting down or on a seat, keeping your back straight, but not stiff. 
Once ready, think to yourself, "I am closing my eyes, relaxing my body and relaxing my mind," Take a dozen or so, slow deep breaths and let your breathing begin to deepen naturally, and without forcing.   Place your awareness above your head, about 6-12 inches, for 1-3 minutes focusing on your breath. Then, in your mind, look down and drop your awareness from that spot above your head to the middle of your forehead. Here, a golden light begins to radiate and in the shining golden light, without hurrying, calmly and relaxed, think to yourself, "There is nothing to do but clean; the more I clean what I feel inside, the more I can receive inspiration from the Divine. There is either Memory or Inspiration, and usually, it's Memory (data). I will clean, then I will be at Zero, and I will reach freedom."               
Take 2 more deep breaths, keeping your awareness in the middle of your forehead. Now let your awareness drop into the heart. Here, a rose-pink sphere begins emanating. Without hurry, focusing on the pink rose, think to yourself, "The only thing to clean is what I feel inside; the only goal is freedom, to be at Zero. My intention now is to get to Zero. This is the place where the Divine lives through me if I want to embody the Divine."
Take 2 more deep breaths. Focus on the pink-colored rose emanating outwards from your heart. Without hurrying, your awareness continues now moving down into the belly region from your heart. Here, a cobalt blue sphere begins radiating. With your awareness on the cobalt blue sphere at your belly, calm and relaxed, say or think to yourself, "Let any thought that arises simply pass through. Should a memory appear on the screen of my mind, something that happened to me, whatever the scene is, I am putting myself in the reconnecting itmoment and  to my Divine Spark.” Breathe deeply down into your belly. Calm and relaxed, think or say silently to yourself: “Thank you – I love you – please forgive me – I am sorry,” repeating it when anything at all emerges in your mind: “Thank you – I love you - please forgive me – I am sorry. My intention is to get to Zero, the place where the Divine lives through me." Practice this for 3 – 7 minutes.



 When you're ready, let your awakened awareness rise from your belly region up to about 6-12 inches above your head, reconnecting the cobalt blue sphere, the radiant rose-pink sphere, and, along the way, the liquid golden light sphere. Rhythmically repeat the four phrases. In gratitude, calm and relaxation, you can affirm to yourself, "I will stay in this positive state of mind, thinking silently and continuously, all the time, the four phrases: 'Thank you - please forgive me - I am sorry - I love you.' I have released the garbage that is between me and the Divine.” By transmuting the occlusions through love, forgiveness, and gratitude, you open yourself to a profound gift from Divine Source—the ability to more thoroughly evaluate any impressions, thoughts, or feelings you encounter. Through the practice of Ho'oponopono, you have drawn in the all-Highest Divine Light to guide you. As you fully and completely return to your physical body, tap on your legs, stretch, or wiggle your fingers and toes; it's a good idea to journal any inspiration acquired or information you experienced. This concludes our session.
